Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Manager to join our commercial sales team. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with clients in the Commercial Sector (e.g., retail, manufacturing, logistics, Oil&Gas, finance), identifying opportunities, and driving sustainable growth through tailored solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of strategic commercial accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement, satisfaction, and success.Understand client business challenges and propose tailored solutions from our services portfolio (cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services, compliance).Develop and execute account growth plans focused on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.Lead the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal development, pricing, contract negotiation, and closing.Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.Track market trends and maintain strong knowledge of the competitive landscape.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Required QualificationsMinimum 5–7 years of B2B sales or account management experience in the IT, cybersecurity, or digital services industry.Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and commercial sector dynamics.Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with mid-sized to large clients.Strategic thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.Experience with security or infrastructure vendors (e.g., Fortinet, Juniper) is a strong plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.Fluent in Arabic and English.What We OfferCompetitive salary with an uncapped commission model.Access to cutting-edge technologies and leading vendors.Continuous professional development and certifications.Collaborative and forward-thinking company culture.Health, wellness, and mobility benefits.
