Operational Project Manager

  • Ensure timely response to requests for services 
  • Plan, implement, and administer an effective preventive maintenance    program in accordance with good engineering practices.
  • Conduct continuing inspection of buildings and ground to ensure Compliance with OSHA, fire and safety laws. 
  • Organizing the budget in collaboration with the Engineering director. 
  • Effective horizontal management with other departments.
  • Manage relationships with operations teams.
  •  Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and targets are met at all levels. 
  • Take the necessary action regarding audit and client feedback. 
  • Review technical problems issues with technical office. 
  • Discussing employee’s performance appraisals. 
  • Identify operational objectives, pinpoint objectives including efficiency, cost savings, operator convenience, safety and quality. 
  • Provides operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends 
  • Making inspection visits, and document regular projects inspections. 
  • Prepare inspection report and sharing with the Engineering director. 
  • Lead the team of execution, after selecting. 
  • Ensure Client receiving the service correctly and ensure obtaining the client receipt report correctly. 
  • Ensure of providing solutions for the technical and executional problems correctly.
  • Conduct risk assessments and method of statement to enforce workplace safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Preferred bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / mechanical EngineerExperience in Facility Management is required.Proven experience in the same position as an Operational Project Manager.Preferred Certifications (any of the following):PMP (Project Management Professional)PMI (Project Management Institute certification)PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled EnvironmentsFMP (Facility Management Professional)CEM (Certified Energy Manager)IFMA (International Facility Management Association certification)Technical Skills: Knowledge of Corrigo System / CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred.Language Skills: Fluent English is a must.
