The main responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries, making follow-up calls, and providing support to resolve customer issues or answer their questions efficiently and effectively.
Handle inbound calls from customers and respond to their inquiries.Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers.Provide technical support or required information to customers.Enter and update customer data in internal systems.Prepare daily reports using Excel and Word as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
