Job Description:
• Supporting the Vendor Manager to excel in timely meeting target dates and optimizing and accelerating delivery when required.
• Complying with the onboarding deliverables to timely meet targets (complete onboarding, quality checks, and references are provided within the required timeframe).
• Analyzing and reporting average buy rates, working to percentage targets to adhere to business goals and providing solutions to achieve (hopefully exceed!) targets (on both an individual client basis and cumulatively across all Service lines).
• Maintaining the vendor database up to date.
• Creating detailed monthly reports of Vendor activity.
• Identifying resource gaps and proactively recruiting specialists to expand our talent pool.
• Tracking Success rates.
• Conducting regular key account reviews with Project Managers to ensure availability and retention of key resources at competitive rates.
Educational/Professional Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.• Localization industry experience is a must.• Experience: MIN. 3 years of experience in related position and localization industry or alike industries.
