Senior Recruitment Specialist

  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs and develop proactive workforce plans.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes focused on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent via active and passive channels.
  • Strengthen Somabay’s employer brand through digital presence, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Monitor and analyze talent acquisition metrics to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Design and deliver OD initiatives in leadership development, cultural alignment, and team effectiveness.
  • Manage performance management processes to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to ensure organizational readiness.
  • Support competency development and career pathing frameworks.
  • Contribute to employee engagement strategies and action plans.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, assessments, and surveys to guide OD interventions.
     

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, or Organizational Development.Proven experience in both talent acquisition and OD disciplines.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
