A leading company in the porcelain trading industry is looking to hire a Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the full supply chain cycle from procurement to delivery.
- Handle local and international purchase orders and logistics processes.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and shipping agents to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Track shipments and handle customs clearance procedures.
- Analyze supply chain data and generate regular reports.
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Good command of English (spoken and written).Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
