- Design and implement company policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment.
- Analyze current HR practices and identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.
- Lead talent management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain competitive pay plans and benefits programs.
- Administer payroll, deductions, and benefits enrollment.
- Conduct salary reviews and recommend adjustments based on market benchmarks.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount, training ROI, etc.) and provide recommendations and plans to improve these metrics based on the data collected.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation for audits and regulatory purposes.
- Manage HR budgets and contribute to organizational culture initiatives.
- Support change management and organizational restructuring efforts.
- Assume other duties as assigned by his direct manager.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, and CIPD, are preferred.12+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, including leadership of multifunctional teamsExperience across all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Ability to handle sensitive situations with integrity and professionalism.Effective communication skills (verbal and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
