Key Account Manager - Retail

We are looking for a dynamic OR Key Account to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with our key retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales and market share in assigned key retail accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of retail campaigns and promotions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to drive mutual profitability.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes with retail partners promptly and professionally.

1-3 Years of experience in the same Position.Strong understanding of retail dynamics, preferably with experience handling large retail chains or distributors.Proven ability to negotiate deals and influence decision-makers.Comfortable with sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience working with mobile operators, electronics retailers, or consumer tech brands.
