Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the Senior Marketing Strategist in crafting client strategies, preparing pitch presentations, and building smart, insight-driven marketing plans. You’ll help us win new business and grow existing accounts by turning market research and creative ideas into clear, structured proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing marketing and communication strategies for clients
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, and consumer behavior to fuel strategic thinking
- Prepare and structure pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
- Write and organize marketing plans, KPIs, and execution timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, influencer) to gather inputs for proposals
- Support in building agency credentials, case studies, and new business documents
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and benchmarks
2–4 years of experience in a marketing or strategic role at an agency or marketing teamStrong skills in research, analysis, and presentation buildingExcellent written and spoken EnglishSolid knowledge of digital marketing channels (social, paid, influencer, etc.)Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote — able to organize decks clearly and professionallyStrong time management and attention to detailA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contributeNice to HaveExperience working on new business pitches or campaign proposalsBasic knowledge of performance media or influencer marketingUnderstanding of strategic frameworks like SWOT, consumer journey, or positioning maps
