- Leading ICT governance team members and providing guidance and facilities to them
- Follow up and review team activities
- Development and compliance assurance with IT Governance Framework, policies and procedures within enterprise environment
- Risk management within enterprise environment
- Management and updating of IT service catalog
- Administrating ITSM platform
- Planning and Management of security awareness activities
- Planning and management of external audits and ensuring compliance
- Managing budgets and vendors related activities
- Assuring always updated on areas of interest for role
Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Engineering, Business major)Experience:From 3 to 5 Years of experience Experience with IT technologies, operations, software and hardwareBusiness operations knowledgeExperience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholdersSkills:Applying and measuring metrics according to IT standard frameworks like: ITIL, COBITSkilled in developing and implementing GRC strategies, risk management and compliance.Skilled in developing IT performance metrics and reportingSkilled in policy development and implementationSkilled in auditing and compliance practicesExcel and data analysisSoft Skills:Emotional Intelligence: Empathize with team members, manage conflicts, and build strong relationships.Delegation: Assign tasks effectively, empower team members, and monitor progress.Problem-solving: Analyze issues, involve team members, and implement solutions.Adaptability: Adjust plans, priorities, and approaches as needed.Motivation: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals.Feedback: Provide constructive feedback, recognize achievements, and address areas for improvement.
