IT Help Desk

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. 
  • Walk users through problem-solving process.
  • Resolving network issues.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. 
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  • Providing timely and accurate user feedback & reporting

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering.Minimum 1 - 3 years of industry experience in a similar field. Very good communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Must be a team player and able to work for extended hours.
