We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience who are eager to grow within a dynamic and professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and supporting various departments.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, as the role involves regular communication with international partners and the preparation of formal documentation. A background from an international university or English-language academic environment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents
Order and track office supplies; liaise with vendors as needed
Support team members and leadership with administrative tasks
Help coordinate internal events, workshops, or meetings
Maintain internal databases and contact lists
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely execution of office procedures
