You will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Project Initiation:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Project Execution:
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Make timely decisions and resolve project-related problems.
Project Closure and Documentation:
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations.
- Document project lessons learned and best practices.
- Ensure project closure and handoff to relevant teams.
Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables by implementing rigorous testing and validation processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Oversee the development of user manuals, training materials, and other project documentation.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.2-4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on implementing ERP systems. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controlPMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
