- Responsible for all finishing works and maintains high-quality standards.
- Carries out technical supervision of ongoing Finishing work at all stages.
- Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work
- Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
- Performs weekly & monthly reports.
- Provide architectural solutions.
- Doing quality control checks for site works on a periodic basis.
- Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.5+ years of experience in the Fit-out Function.Residential and commercial experience backgroundExcellent leadership skills to supervise the siteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs and coordination with MEPExcellent attention to details and accuracy.
