Prepare of preliminary project drawings and specifications

• Prepare Parametric families as per requirements (mathematical equations and formulas in Revit family software that give the relationship among elements of the families.)
• ·Work within the BIM team in creating, developing, and delivering 3D BIM Model of the project during Construction and As-built stages Oversee and manage the maintenance of software server performance.
•  Perform 3D clash detection process and report back with the analysis results Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers.
• ·Update 3D models according to the proposed clash solutions.
• ·Prepare and deliver all required tasks related to project BIM uses (i.e. shop drawings production, quantification, progress models, etc.) considering BIM specifications, standards, and guidelines.
•  Maintain BIM standards across the area of responsibility.
• ·Ability to export other formats for all 3D models as per requirements.
•  Perform QA/QC checks on 3D Models and report back to BIM Manager
• Ensure that the 3D models are developed to reach the proper LOD at each stage.
• Prepare and deliver all construction and as built database as per client requirements.
• Support & assist in BIM team tasks as occurs (Renders, Mockups, Videos, simulations, etc.)
