Job Description:
We are a leading real estate development company based in Nasr City, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Treasury Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day treasury functions, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and payment processing. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong accounting background and a focus on treasury operations in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash and bank operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank transfers
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity
Reconcile bank statements with the company's accounting system
Manage and process all supplier and contractor payments on time
Coordinate with banks for facility utilization, LCs, LGs, and other banking products
Monitor and manage short-term investment placements and interest income
Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and documentation
Collaborate with the finance team for monthly closing and audits
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3–5 years of experience as a Treasury Accountant, preferably in real estate or constructionStrong knowledge of treasury operations, bank dealings, and cash managementProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems)High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and under pressure
