Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a technical / Sales Engineer located in Small Industries Area, 3rd Settlement, New Cairo.
The technical / Sales Engineer will be responsible for (but not be limited to) the following:
- Maintaining expert level of product knowledge and applications.
- Reviewing preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project.
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers and providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Preparing and issuing necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks.
- Ensuring that the site is supplied with all documentation and materials needed to carry out the works.
- Providing and assisting colleagues on technical and engineering issues.
- Producing quotations for customers in a clear, detailed, and accurate manner.
- Recommending improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Negotiating and achieving deadlines for the submission of quotations.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
- Building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their requirements.
- Preparing reports for head office.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
Qualifications:
- BSC degree in Engineering (Civil / Architecture),
- 3+ Years of experience in a related field (Civil, Landscape),
- Technical Office related software skills are required (AutoCAD - 3D Max - Photoshop – MS Office & Mastering different drawing tools),
- Excellent command of the English Language, both written & spoken.
- High teamwork skills.
- Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.

- Priority for having a car and a valid driving license.
Working hours
- 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday to Thursday.
