- Supervise daily production activities on the assembly line to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all mobile phone units meet quality standards and specifications.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).Experience: 3-5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in mobile phone or electronics manufacturing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Residents of 10th of Ramadan City or nearby areas are preferred.
