- Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the product or project.
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community
- Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
- Collaborate with the Development team to create documents such as a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document
- Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications job requirements
Experience in developing industry-standard Business Requirements and Technical SpecificationsMust have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlinesAbility to take strategic guidance on product direction and convert it into actionable designs and product development.Knowledge of agile software development processes.Experience with writing documents like SRS, user stories, IAS, UATs, different business diagrams, acceptance criteria.Using tools like Jira and Trello.
