** Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in refining team structures and communication flowsSupport leadership with people-related processes and team engagementContribute to defining clear responsibilities and performance expectationsRecommend and implement light HR processes (onboarding, 1-on-1s, feedback, etc.)Promote a collaborative and organized work environment across the teamPromote a positive and transparent team culture across geographies** QualificationsAssess team dynamics and provide recommendations to enhance collaboration and claritySupport the definition and documentation of roles, responsibilities, and reporting linesFacilitate team check-ins and feedback processesAdvise leadership on communication practices, team engagement, and internal workflowsRecommend lightweight HR frameworks (e.g., onboarding, 1-on-1s, performance check-ins)Contribute to the development of a positive, transparent team cultureExcellent spoken and written English is a must** Preferred (Not Required)Experience supporting technical teamsBackground in early-stage or fast-growing companies** Who You AreYou are an organized, thoughtful HR professional who understands the needs of modern, distributed teams.
