We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients Project Manager with extensive experience managing large-scale projects in IT, digital transformation, ePayments, or cloud computing.

Job Accountabilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Identify potential project risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to minimize disruptions.
• Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; report progress to the Programs Manager and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet agreed specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and oversee financial aspects including timely billing and collections.
• Coordinate and negotiate with external vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers to secure the required resources and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving concerns effectively.
• Ensure complete documentation of project lifecycle including closeout reports, archived materials, and lessons learned.
• Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance operational efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:• Education:− Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.− PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications are high preferred.• Experience:− At least 5-7 years of experience in project management.− Extensive experience managing large-scale projects in IT, digital transformation, ePayments, or cloud computing.− Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects with a high degree of complexity and stakeholder involvement.Competences and Skills:• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).• leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.• Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in managing stakeholders at all levels.• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).Working Conditions:• Full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt.• Requires flexibility in working hours, especially during critical project phases.• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, site visits, or project oversight.
