Receptionist

  • Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations while providing administrative and clerical support to the HR & Administration team. The role ensures a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff, while maintaining efficient internal communication and administrative processes.

        Job Description:
- Greet and receive visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Support in organizing meetings, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments.
- Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing office documents.
- Support in the coordination of interviews by welcoming candidates and guiding them to the appropriate person.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR & Administration team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the HC & Admin Manager.


- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is an advantage.- Min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to HR or administrative tasks.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Professional appearance and positive attitude.- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative spirit.- Proficiency in Arabic & English.
