Store & Product Readiness
● Adhere to attendance schedules and arrive in full uniform, ready to begin work with a positive attitude.
● Execute store opening procedures (when applicable), including powering up systems, ensuring music and air conditioning are on, and conducting store readiness checks.
● Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with HB Shop’s visual merchandising (VM) standards.
● Replenish products on the shop floor from the stockroom, ensuring correct placement by brand/vendor area.
● Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of both front-of-house and stockroom areas.

Customer Engagement & Sales
● Welcome customers warmly and guide them through their shopping journey with professionalism and enthusiasm.
● Assist customers in identifying suitable products, sizes, and styling options to meet their needs.
● Deliver exceptional service aimed at building long-term customer relationships and repeat visits.
● Actively execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize average transaction value.
● Meet and exceed personal and store KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Stock & System Handling
● Handle POS transactions accurately using the shop’s sales systems and ensure correct use of visa machines and other tools.
● Organize and retrieve stock efficiently, maintaining correct stock levels on the floor.
● Report stock discrepancies, customer feedback, and any operational issues to supervisors in a timely manner
