The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for strategic marketing plan, events & on ground activities, managing social media marketing, digital marketing campaigns, web analytics, online marketing strategies, and communication with the target audience to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, integrating both digital and offline activities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including database, email, social media, and display advertising
- Build and manage social media presence across platforms
- Coordinate on-ground marketing activations and event management
- Align all marketing efforts with campaign objectives and brand positioning
- Plan and manage media campaigns, including media buying and audience targeting
- Measure and report performance of campaigns, assessing ROI, KPIs, and forecasting future outcomes
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to optimize campaign performance
- Experiment with new platforms, tools, and strategies to drive growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated execution across all channels
- Conduct customer experience analysis across digital touchpoints
- Develop and implement content marketing, SEO, and PPC strategies
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and build long-term partnerships
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.5+ years of marketing experience - Agency experience preferred.Content creation experience in English and Arabic.Experienced in managing accounts in Egypt and the Gulf region.Experience with paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.Proven media buying experience.Google Ads experience is a plusExperience with paid ads campaignsFull understanding of social media platforms.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
