Modern Trade (MT):
- Manage and grow sales in modern trade channels
- Drive listing in new key accounts and expand shelf presence.
- Negotiate trade terms, visibility agreements, and in-store promotions.
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with distributor and merchandisers to ensure execution excellence.
- Conduct regular market visits to audit execution and gather insights.
E-Commerce:
- Manage presence on online platforms.
- Optimize product listings, visuals, pricing, and digital shelf visibility.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
- Track e-commerce KPIs (sales, conversions, traffic) and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
4–6 years of FMCG sales experience, with a focus on modern trade and/or e-commerce.Strong negotiation and key account management skills.Proven experience managing distributors and retail relationships.Analytical and data-driven; able to interpret sales data and trends.Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales tracking tools.Fluent in Arabic and English.
