Customer insights Specialist

Design and develop insightful daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and user trends Utilize data warehouse expertise to integrate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for reliable analysis Provide guidance on the viability of all products, initiatives based on profitability, business case modelling and base risk assessment. Collaborate with Segment owners to understand products goals & strategy and tailor data-driven recommendations for optimal outcomes. Lead on aspects related to customer base profitability by administering effective assessments policies. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders 0-3 years of insights or Quantitative Analytics experience preferably in telecom sector. B.SC degree Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing. SQL, Python or PowerBI is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor insights for diverse audiences. Experienced in briefing of and working with qualitative and quantitative market research, Pricing, customer data, Data warehouse, financial information and customer segmentation
