Our company is growing rapidly and is looking for a Medical Device Sales Representative. So, we are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Medical Devices Sales Representative to join our dynamic team (From the following Governorates: (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Beheira, Sharqia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Mansoura, Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Aswan).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
  • Know all the information related to the products and provide full explanation to the customers.
  • Implementation of the approved sales policy as well as all orders of employment within the nature of its work.
  • Create sales opportunities for the company's products
  • Ensure customer satisfaction about the products and services provided.
  • Continuous communication with customers and good handling and product delivery in the best way.
  • Provide regular reports on market competition in terms of prices, offers, new products, advertising, or stop some customers from dealing with the company's products
  • Encourage customers to use the devices regularly
  • Follow up clients in the field
  • Submit a periodic report to the sales supervisor to indicate what has been achieved and what has been postponed with a reason
  • Follow-up and coordination with the rest of the departments of maintenance and sales solutions, supplies and collection to ensure the provision of service in the fullest possible manner
  • Coordination with colleagues in the after-sales service to follow the needs of the client after the sale phase
  • Working on collecting the company's arrears with customers
  • To submit new proposals and ideas from direct contact with the market

Bachelor degree in Science, Agriculture, Veterinary or equivalent.Experience from 1-3 Years Excellent command of English Language.Very Good level of using MS. Office and computer.Proven work experience as a medical sales representativeAbility to build productive professional business relationshipsExcellent selling, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience in creating and delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsBS/BA degree in relevant field
