- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring architectural works are carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Design Implementation: Interpret architectural plans and ensure correct implementation on-site, including layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
- Coordination: Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth progress.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect work quality, materials, and finishes to ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project timelines, update reports, and highlight delays or issues affecting architectural components.
- Modifications & As-Built Drawings: Propose minor on-site modifications when required and update as-built drawings accordingly.
- Client & Consultant Interaction: Attend site meetings, provide updates to clients and consultants, and address any design-related queries.
- Health & Safety: Ensure that architectural works comply with health and safety regulations and sustainability guidelines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.3 - 5 years of experience in a site engineering role.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of building codes, construction processes, and architectural detailing.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
