Internal Investigation Sr. Specialist

Lead and manage internal investigations into employee misconduct, fraud, data privacy violations, and code of conduct breaches. Handle end-to-end investigation cycle: intake, planning, interviews, evidence collection, documentation, and final reporting. Coordinate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure comprehensive investigation outcomes. Maintain a secure case management system with proper confidentiality and data protection protocols. Prepare investigation reports with clear findings, root causes, and recommended corrective actions. Support risk mitigation strategies and contribute to fraud trend analysis and early detection. Provide recommendations to close control gaps or update internal policies. Engage in awareness initiatives and internal training to foster a compliance culture. Essential: 5+ years of experience in fraud/internal investigations, preferably in telecom, banking, or FMCG. Strong knowledge of telecom operations, customer care processes, and revenue assurance. Familiarity with digital forensics, interview techniques, and evidence handling. Ability to handle sensitive cases with discretion and neutrality. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal). Professional certifications: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CIA, or related. Prior experience using case management or fraud detection systems (e.g., Actimize, ACL, i2 Analyst Notebook).
