- Prepare and process monthly payroll for faculty and staff, including salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for academic and administrative staff.
- Coordinate the preparation of reports related to payroll, employment changes, and budget planning.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and payroll functions.
- Provide timely support and clarification to faculty and staff on payroll, benefits, and personnel policies.
- Assist in digitizing and improving personnel and payroll systems and workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.At least 4–6 years of experience in payroll and personnel functions, preferably in the higher education sector.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, tax and insurance regulations.Experience with HR/Payroll systems (preferably Banner or SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
