• Analyze current organizational structures and recommend improvements to support strategic goals.
• Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and performance management systems.
• Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose challenges related to culture, communication, and employee engagement.
• Develop and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and focus groups.
• Lead change management initiatives and provide guidance on managing transitions and transformations.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to support workforce planning and organizational restructuring.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives through metrics and feedback.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • 1 to 3 years of experience in organizational development, HR, or change management. • Previous experience working with HRS systems is a must. • Strong understanding of OD models, performance management, and employee engagement strategies. • Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. • Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
