We are looking for a motivated **Furniture Sales Representative** to join our showroom team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Present furniture products and help customers choose based on their needs
- Answer customer questions, handle objections, and close sales
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or in-store visits
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper product display
- Achieve monthly sales targets
**Requirements:**
- Previous sales experience is a plus (preferably in furniture or retail)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Presentable and customer-oriented
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones or POS devices
- Willing to work full-time on-site
**Salary:**
- Fixed salary + **1% sales commission** on every successful deal
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in furniture sales is a plus) - Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills - Presentable and able to interact with customers professionally - Basic computer or smartphone usage for customer follow-up - Ability to work full-time on-site at the showroom - High commitment and willingness to learn
