Service Engineer

Install, commission, and test new equipment or systems.

Diagnose and repair technical faults reported by customers.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Provide on-site or remote support to clients as needed.

Document service activities, including reports, checklists, and customer feedback.

Train end-users or client staff on system operation and best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product support, sales) to resolve complex issues.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service work.

Maintain a strong relationship with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a technical support role.Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site at customer locations.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software (if applicable).
