| Lead the Design team & assist project director in all activates related to project |
| Manage Design Consultants and Design Deliverables across the Program |
| Review design deliverables of the Design Consultant to ensure compliance with international design standards including architectural and landscape design |
| Manage Consultants and review the quality of deliverables |
| Provide proactive leadership to the design consultant teams by managing day-to-day activities of the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, interiors, landscape and civil/infrastructure design teams at the program level |
| Lead and champion Value Engineering exercises, including mitigation of risks during design stages |
| Manage engineering issues and expedite the resolution of design issues and changes |
| Monitor and highlight program risk associated with Design issues and propose remedial actions to mitigate negative program impacts |
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture engineering from a recognized university with 20+ years of experience in a construction filed.Excellent ability in using the MS Office applications and related Engineering Software
