Job role is Managing and supervising all the HR activities and assure the excellence performance of all its factions.
- Develop and maintain a Human Resources Policies that meets Organization objectives.
- Set and monitor HR department's policies and procedures.
- Achieve operational excellence and cost optimization within the HR department.
- Set and monitor HR department's budget.
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Maintains Knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
- Preparing company's monthly payroll.
- Ensuring that appraisal system is applied correctly and oversee the effect of its results on staff promotions and compensation
- Conducting job analysis to determine the job description and job specifications "KSA" required for each job.
- Reviewing and updating job description as needed.
- Review, establish or enhance all the HR SOPs and related forms.
- Managing the recruitment activities.
- Oversee the implementation of orientation programs for newly hired employees.
- Review and update the organizational structure of the company and all executive departments taking in consideration matching it with the company goals and department objectives.
- Assisting in workforce planning to determine quarterly and annual staffing needs.
- Following up on handling Medical Insurance accounts & Renewing Contracts.
- Oversee all the HR reports related to the (Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Payroll inputs, onboarding, terminations)
- Develop retention strategies to reduce the rate of turnover.
- Setting and monitoring employee's KPIs based on job descriptions
- Conduct regular meeting with company's employees, resolve employees’ relations issues and conduct investigation if needed.
- Maintain a strong focus on employee performance management, employee engagement and retention activities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related.MBA degree (Preferable)V. Good computer skills in (MS Office)V. Good in English languageFrom 9 to 12 years of experience in al HR functionsMust have background experience in Real Estate
