We’re looking for a highly skilled, strategic, and creative Senior Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead and scale our online presence. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Growth

  • Oversee and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) with a tailored strategy that maximizes engagement and brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute multi-platform campaigns to enhance reach and audience interaction.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop, design, and edit high-quality, engaging content—from videos and graphics to compelling captions and storytelling posts.
  • Generate innovative content ideas customized for each platform to maximize impact.

Analytics & Data-Driven Strategy

  • Track and analyze key metrics, performance trends, and audience insights to optimize content and marketing strategies.
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations for continuous growth.

Brand Storytelling & Copywriting

  • Craft compelling brand narratives, ad copies, blog posts, and engaging captions that capture attention and drive action.
  • Develop a unique brand voice that resonates with our target audience.

Community Management & Influencer Collaborations

  • Engage with audiences, manage comments and messages, and build a loyal, interactive community.
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand credibility and reach.

Trend Monitoring & Adaptation

  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry updates to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
  • Implement innovative approaches that keep the brand relevant and dynamic.

Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing & social media management.Expertise in content creation, paid ads, SEO, and campaign optimization.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in social media tools, advertising platforms, and analytics software.
