- Write an efficient content posted on social media channels for assigned products.
- Ensure that customers’ inquiries had been responded quickly and efficiently on all social media platforms.
- Define theme and design concepts of social media campaigns or competitions for the assigned products and follow up its production/execution.
- Define and plan promotional activities based on products’ selling point, and products’ sales performance and according to marketing and sales strategy.
- Follow up with other teams such as marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Report and Provide constructive feedback regarding social media performance.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in promotional activities & competitions, design tools and applications.
