Human Resources Generalist

  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for technical and support roles.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Participate in audits and support documentation for ISO, quality, and safety certifications.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to manpower, turnover, and other KPIs.
  • Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.Familiarity with technical recruitment workforce management.Certification in HR (e.g., HRCI, SHRM) is a plus.English Language is a Must.
