Cookivore is seeking a motivated Junior Supply Chain Officer to join its operations team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, and production planning within a dynamic food production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Support:
- Assist in sourcing raw materials (e.g., flour, sugar, chocolate, packaging).
-Communicate with local and international suppliers for price quotes, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
-Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to the Company.
2. Inventory Management:
-Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging.
-Perform periodic inventory checks and update ERP systems (Odoo)
3. Production Planning:
-Coordinate with the production team to ensure material availability.
-Help prepare short-term production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
-Maintain records for all supply chain transactions.
-Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory, delivery status, and supplier performance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Basic understanding of supply chain operations.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Odoo preferred)Strong organizational and time management skills.
