Marketing Manager

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans covering various services.
  • Prepare marketing budget proposals and allocate them across campaigns and target channels in coordination with management.
  • Identify the most effective channels and tools to reach the target audiences.
  • Align marketing efforts with business development and sales team objectives.
  • Oversee all marketing content to ensure consistency with the corporate vision.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to develop creative campaigns tailored to diverse sectors.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms suited to each targeted sector.
  • Monitor marketing performance using professional analytics tools and provide regular reports.
  • Optimize campaign performance and achieve actual conversion indicators.
  • Supervise the marketing team’s performance and ensure message consistency.
  • Maintain ongoing coordination with other departments and operational teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall objectives.
  • Analyze competitors and craft compelling value propositions aligned with market trends.
  • Contribute to the development of products and services based on market research and customer behavior insights.
  • Prepare marketing materials and presentations to support client relationship development.
  • Design targeted campaign models to promote the company's digital real estate platforms.
  • Plan and organize events and marketing workshops in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop collaborative marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a higher degree is a plus).Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in leading marketing teams or managing strategic campaigns.Strongly preferred: experience in real estate, investment, or tech marketing in a multi-service environment.Professional certifications in digital marketing or brand management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide teams.Proficiency in market analysis tools and data-driven marketing strategy development.Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and modern technologies.Ability to craft a long-term marketing vision and translate it into actionable campaigns.Prior knowledge of the Gulf or Saudi market is a plus.Full proficiency in English.
