- Implement and maintain the QA/QC system at the project site.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications and codes.
- Conduct inspections of architectural works and materials received on site.
- Issue and follow up on NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection requests (IRs) and material submittals for approval.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is progressing according to quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers regarding quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site audits and quality meetings.
- Support the project team in resolving quality-related issues.
- Prepare QA/QC reports and documentation as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture4+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC for architectural works, preferably in large-scale commercial or residential projects.Strong knowledge of architectural materials, methods, and building codes.
