UI/UX Designer – Job Description for iCASCO
We’re building iCASCO, a scalable SaaS platform for certification and accreditation bodies, helping them manage their full certification lifecycle based on international standards like ISO/IEC 17021-1 and 17065.
We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help us deliver a user-centric, elegant, and efficient experience across web and mobile. You will work closely with the product manager and developers to design interfaces that simplify complex processes and drive adoption.
Your Responsibilities:Analyse user flows and optimise for clarity, speed, and engagementDesign wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity UI mockupsEnsure consistency in layout, icons, components, and UX patternsCreate and maintain a design system for iCASCO modulesConduct usability testing and implement UI improvementsCollaborate with frontend developers to implement pixel-perfect designs Tools We Prefer:(Figma is enough) What We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or B2B platformsStrong portfolio of dashboard design, process visualisation, or form-heavy interfacesAbility to simplify complex workflows and think from the user's perspectiveKnowledge of responsive design principlesBasic understanding of how frontend devs implement your design (HTML/CSS concepts)
