شهادة جامعية في الهندسة الكهربائية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تشغيل وحماية محطات الكهرباء الفرعية.
يشترط الخبرة في الجوانب التجارية.
معرفة جيدة باختبار وتشغيل جميع معدات الطاقة، مثل محولات الطاقة (CT) ومحولات الطاقة (PT)، والعوازل، ومحولات الطاقة، ومجموعات البطاريات، ومجموعات المكثفات، ومصائد الموجات، وكابلات UG، واختبار الجهد العالي، وغيرها من معدات الطاقة عالية الجهد، وتشغيل مشاريع النقل.
فحص واختبار محطات الطاقة الفرعية المعزولة بغاز SF6، والمُصنّفة لجهود تتراوح من 13.8 كيلو فولت إلى 380 كيلو فولت، ومفاتيح التشغيل المُصنّفة لجهود 69/33/13.8/11 كيلو فولت.
فحص واختبار الكابلات ومعدات نقل الخطوط الهوائية، مثل الكابلات، والموصلات، ومانعات الصواعق، والوصلات، والملحقات ذات الصلة.
مجال محولات الطاقة (حتى 600 ميجا فولت أمبير، 400 كيلو فولت) مع معرفة تقنية متعمقة بمحولات الطاقة والمفاعلات.

University Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commissioning of the protection of electrical substation
Should have experience in commercial aspects
Must have good knowledge in testing and commissioning of all power equipment like CT, PT, Isolator, power Transformer, Battery bank, capacitor bank, Wave trap, UG cable, High voltage test etc, of high voltage power and commissioning of transmission projects.
Inspection and testing of SF6 Gas insulated substation, rated for voltages from 13.8KV to 380KV and switchgear rated for 69/33/13.8/11KV
Inspection and testing of cables and overhead line transmission equipment such as cables, conductors, surge arresters, terminations and joints and related accessories.
Power transformer field (up to 600MVA, 400KV)and should have depth technical knowledge of power transformer and reactors
Testing and commissioning of Protection relays and C&R panels
Testing and commissioning of Protection relays and C&R panels both in house and customer location.
Testing of distance, Line differential, generator, transformer, bus bar, Motor, incoming and outgoing feeders’ relays including Electromechanical, Static, Digital & Numerical relays using secondary injection test kit.
Testing of various manufacturers’ products like ABB, Siemens, Alstom, Schneider and GE relays
