- Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation and logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and pickup.
- Assign drivers, routes, and delivery schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve delays, issues, or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, delivery logs, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor GPS and tracking systems to ensure route adherence and performance.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and vendor negotiation for transportation services.
- Prepare transportation reports and recommend process improvements.
Excellent level of English language fluency. Excellent level of Business writing skills using MS Office. Ability to work in different locations ( Cairo - North Coast ).
