- Prepare and review detailed shop drawings and coordination drawings
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and regulations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams on technical issues
- Develop quantity take-offs, technical reports, and material submittals
- Support project managers in resolving design and execution challenges
10+ years of experience in technical office roles within construction or architecture firmsDeep expertise in shop drawings, design coordination, and technical submittalsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design softwareExcellent knowledge of building codes, standards, and technical specificationsStrong communication and problem-solving skills
