Facilities Manager

  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
  • Inspect warehouses to determine the need for repairs or renovations in accordance health and safety standards.
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
  • Supervise all facility staff (workers, technicians, etc.)
  • Allocate office space according to needs
  • Handle insurance plans
  • Developing and implementing emergency response plans, including disaster recovery and business continuity.
  • Managing maintenance operations teams to provide hard and soft services.
  • Provide a technical support for such aspects; Electromechanical, civil, light current; Housekeeping; Landscape and Pest control and refurbishments
  • Communicate directly with management by scheduling weekly meetings and delivering reports, exploring achievements, key issues, and recommendations.

BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant fieldProven experience as facilities manager or relevant positionWell-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsGood analytical/critical thinking
