- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product requirements for the development team.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that features and improvements are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of ERP system features.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps to guide the development process.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in ERP systems.Strong understanding of ERP system functionalities, including modules like Finance, Inventory, Sales, and HR.Experience working in agile environments, including creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning.Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Proven ability to work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver valuable products.Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions.Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
