Client Relationship Management (Admin Coordinator)

-Create and updated Sales forms

-Take Minutes of meetings

-Support with vendor registration

-Manage and maintain client portal related activities

-Maintain trackers

-Follow up with departments for data required to generate reports

-Assist with other administrative activities like archiving and maintaining sales folders certifications such as ISO, Cyber Security etc.

-Manage any other administrative task assigned by the department head


*Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in any stream is ok*Experience:-1 to 3 years*Functional Knowledge:-Attention to details and highly organized and structured -Very fluent in oral and written English
