- Handle end-to-end import logistics processes including order tracking, shipment booking, and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and smooth inbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international trade laws.
- Prepare and verify import documentation such as purchase orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Follow up on shipment schedules and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or missing items.
- Work closely with the purchasing, finance, and warehouse teams to support planning and on-time delivery.
- Keep updated with changes in global trade, import regulations, and customs requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in import logistics or international supply chain operations.Good communication and coordination skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.Familiarity with MTs, Incoterms, NAZFA, HS codes, and import clearance procedures is required.
