- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle mass hiring campaigns to support large-scale workforce needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifics.
- Use various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Support employer branding efforts and candidate experience initiatives.
- Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate sector.Proven experience in mass hiring is a must.Very good command of English (spoken and written).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Age not exceeding 30 years.
